Account Management
Creating an Account
To create an account, click on "Sign Up" in the navigation menu. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. After registering, you'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
Updating Your Profile
Once logged in, you can update your profile information by going to the Dashboard and selecting the "Profile" option. Here you can update your contact information, communication preferences, and change your password.
Password Recovery
If you forget your password, click on "Sign In" and then select "Forgot Password?" You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Property Management
Adding a Property
After logging in, go to the Dashboard and select "Properties" then "Add Property." Enter your property details including address and ownership information.
Managing Multiple Properties
If you own multiple properties in Bluestem Ridge, you can manage them all from your account. Each property will be listed separately in your Dashboard under "Properties."
Updating Property Information
To update property information, go to the Properties section in your Dashboard, select the property you wish to update, and click on "Edit." Make your changes and save the updated information.
Payments
Paying HOA Dues
HOA dues can be paid online through the "Payments" section of your Dashboard. We accept credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Payment History
Your payment history is available in the "My Payments" section of your Dashboard. This shows all payments made, including date, amount, and payment method.
Setting Up Automatic Payments
For convenience, you can set up automatic payments for your HOA dues. Go to the "Payments" section and select "Set Up Automatic Payments." Follow the prompts to configure your payment schedule.
Documents
Accessing HOA Documents
Important HOA documents are available in the "Documents" section. This includes HOA covenants, bylaws, policies, and forms for structural improvements.
Downloading Documents
To download a document, simply click on the "Download" button next to the document you wish to access. All documents are provided in PDF format.
Requesting Additional Documents
If you need a document that is not available on the website, you can request it through the "Contact Us" page or by emailing the HOA board directly.
Communication
Newsletters
HOA newsletters are published regularly and are available in the "Newsletters" section. These keep you updated on community events, announcements, and important information.
Contacting the HOA Board
To contact the HOA board, use the "Contact Us" page. Fill out the form with your inquiry, and a board member will respond to you as soon as possible.
Facebook Group
Join our Facebook group for community discussions and updates. You can access it through the Facebook icon in the navigation menu.
Troubleshooting
Login Issues
If you're having trouble logging in, first try resetting your password. If issues persist, ensure your browser is up-to-date and try clearing your cache and cookies.
Payment Problems
For payment issues, check that your payment information is entered correctly. If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification with details. For persistent issues, contact the HOA board.
Technical Support
For technical support with the website, please use the "Contact Us" form and select "Technical Issue" as the subject. Include details about the problem and screenshots if possible.
