All documentation must be submitted with plan, City permit numbers, and engineer approval stamp.

Per Article IV, Section 1 . . . Any structural change or improvements to your property must be approved by the architectural commitee. Article IV, Section 3: Upon receipt of approval as provided in Section 1, the Owner shall satisfy all conditions thereof and proceed with the approved work. Unless such work commences within one (1) year from the date of the approval, such approval shall be deemed revoked and the Owner must again seek approval pursuant to all of the provisions of Section 1 of this Article.
