About Us

Bluestem Ridge is a 250 home housing addition started in 2003, Northeast of the Santa Fe and SW 34th Street crossing. It is in the Moore Public School District with Oakridge Elementary, Southridge Junior High, and Southmoore High school. It is located less than a mile from Oklahoma City and Norman City limits. We have quick access to several grocery stores and dozens of restaurants on the famous 19th Street while still being quietly tucked away from traffic and noise. A bridge is currently being built on SW 34th Street for residents to have quick access across I-35.

Most homeowners have lived here over 10 years and are very content in this well kept working class neighborhood. Homes here maintain their value while still being affordable with an average of $97 per sq/ft. There is an arboretum directly east of our neighborhood with a bridge and walking path linking directly to Bluestem Ridge in the cul-de-sac on SW 31st Street and Nighthawk Lane. We have a legendary Halloween party each year on October 31st where we enjoy a hot dog dinner, music, and games before heading out to trick or treat. The grid style neighborhood is small and easy to navigate.

Our board is very fair minded and looks to accommodate the homeowners, while also being available as a voice of reason. Dues are $120 annually.

We hope that you find Bluestem Ridge a wonderful place to live as most other residents do!
